My Access is our tenant portal where you can view your rent account and book repairs.
To register for My Access you will need your Tenancy Reference number which you can find on your rent statement. Once you have registered you will be sent back an automated response so that you can start using the My Access service right away.

Reporting Repairs online
Tenants can now report a repair online with the My Access Portal.
