Hard of Hearing Customers
Between 8am and 7pm hard of hearing tenants can report an emergency repair by texting 07799477252 - Outside of these times you can text the Alarm Receiving Centre on 07557313647. You will receive a confirmation text reply.
Note; On Christmas Eve the text number 07799477252 will be available between 8am and 3pm, and on New Year's Eve between 8am and 5pm - outside these times please text the Alarm Receiving Centre on 07557313647.
We also have access to translation services using Big Word. Ring us if you want to report a repair using this service. All you need to tell us is your phone number and your preferred language. We'll then arrange for an interpreter from Big Word to ring you back. We can then talk to you through the interpreter.
You can email us about your repair via email@example.com. Include your contact telephone number in the email so that we can ring you to discuss the repair. This is during normal working hours Monday to Friday 8am until 7pm.

Report a Repair Online gives you access to a diagnostic tool showing pictures of all the things in a property that may need repairing.
Just click on the picture - and you will get asked some questions to help you diagnose the repair. You can also tell us about your preferred method of contact and appointment date.
Your repairs will automatically be sent to the Customer Access Team who will contact you to confirm the repair and to make an appointment for the work to be carried out.
