Getting involved brings many rewards: you can meet new people, learn new skills, and help us to improve the services you and our customers receive.
To recognise your feedback and to thank you for the positive difference you make, you will be fairly rewarded for your time thanks to our new Rewards and Incentives Scheme – so whether you’re joining an engagement meeting, walking an estate, or filling out a survey- your time will be valued.

Getting your voice heard – we want to hear from tenants across the city from all diverse backgrounds.
By getting involved, you can help improve services and receive rewards as a thank you. To get involved, you must be on our Get Involved Group database. These will be paid annually in High Street shopping vouchers.
Rewards and Incentives may be subject to change.
Tenant Scrutiny Panel (TSP)
Chair – £50 per meeting (must attend a minimum of 7 meetings per year)
Panel Members – £10 per meeting (must attend a minimum of 7 meetings per year)
Scrutiny Reviews £50 per review (up to a maximum of 2 reviews per year). Paid on completion of the review.
Complaints Sub-Group
£10 per meeting. Around 8 meetings per year. Must attend at least 6 meetings per year.
One Voice Forum
Chair – £50 per meeting
Members – £10 per meeting (must attend a minimum of 7 meetings per year)
Mystery Shopping
Estate Walks – £10 per walk. Paid to those taking part in mystery shopping. Limited to one mystery shopper attending.
Email contact - £10 per set (one set compromises of 10 emails)
Telephone contact - £10 per set (one set compromises of 10 emails)
A maximum of 3 sets per quarter (total of £30)
Other Ways to Get Involved
Building Safety Forum – £10 per meeting
TARA Consultations – £5 per session
Surveys – £1.50 each
Focus groups – £10 per session
Surveys & Feedback £1.50 per survey . Minimum £5 before vouchers issued.
Tenant Review Hub - £1.50 per feedback. Minimum £5 before vouchers issued.
Attendance at TPAS meetings – Reasonable travel expenses paid
Involvement in interview panels - Chair of OVF and TSP only - £10 per hour
We reserve the right to review the rewards paid and make changes to the scheme.

Get Involved Group

Tenant Scrutiny Panel (TSP)
The Tenant Scrutiny Panel (TSP) is a tenant led scrutiny panel which helps to scrutinise our service and performance.
One Voice Forum (OVF)
Our One Voice Forum is an engagement forum for tenants, St Leger tenant board members and TARA representatives for consultation and discussion on service delivery and key policy changes to make sure tenants can have their say.
Tenant Review Hub
The Tenant Review Hub is a group of tenants that supports St Leger Homes with reviewing and improving tenant communications such as letters, leaflets and the website making them more tenant reader friendly and easier to understand.
Building Safety forums
If you live in of our high-rise buildings, you can join a Building Safety Forum where you live to let us know your views.
Tenants and Residents Associations (TARAs) and Tenants Clubs
Tenants and Residents Associations (TARAs) and tenants clubs help you improve your community and have a greater say on the issues affecting it.
Estate inspections
Estate inspections, commonly known as estate walks, take place on a regular basis.
These walks are carried out to highlight areas of concern and to make sure that the general appearance of your estate is satisfactory.
Consultations and surveys
As part of our commitment to keep you involved in everything we do, we often hold formal consultations or surveys to get your views on proposed changes.
