North Area Estate Reports

Throughout September, our North Area:

• Focused on Communal Area Inspections and Estate Walks.
• Had the longest outstanding electrical test in the city.
• Continued our partnership with South Yorkshire Police and City of Doncaster Council on Highfields Regeneration works.

The staff in the North area have been really busy:

105 Keeping in Touch visits completed alongside daily work

Caretakers have been completing some first cuts for tenants, and also garden recharges

35 estate clearances completed, whether that is removal of fly tipping, clearing communal areas or cutting back shrubs, etc

The staff in the North area have been really busy:

• 315 Keeping in Touch visits completed alongside daily work
• Supported in a Day of Action alongside partners, including enforcement, police and Stronger Communities
• North's Area Manager attended a community engagement meeting at The Goldsmith Centre in Sprotbrough, where she met with the public and answered enquiries

Our North team continued the hard work up until the New Year. Our caretakers:

• Removed flytipping in Highfields, Scawthorpe and Bentley
• Continued to clear garage sites

• Our North team supported the South West team with a large caretaking job, where all areas pulled together to help.
• We completed 239 Keeping in touch visits.
