Our offices and services will be closed over the summer bank holiday, from 5pm on Friday 23 August 2024 until 8.30am on Tuesday 27 August 2024.

If you are facing homelessness during this period you can contact our Emergency Homelessness Service for support using the details below.
Our Emergency Repairs Service is available for tenants throughout this period, 24 hours a day, by calling 01302 862862.
This service is for genuine emergencies only - this means it is an issue that poses a real risk of injury or could lead to major property damage.
Tenants who are hard of hearing and wish to report an emergency repair can do this by texting 07929 080056.
Our emergency homelessness service will remain open during the bank holiday and can be contacted on 01302 737199.

Outside of bank holidays and weekends, you can contact our Homelessness Service on 01302 736000 during the office hours of 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
You can report noise nuisance issues or contact the Neighbourhood Response Team at City of Doncaster Council on 01302 341628.
During bank holidays, weekends, and over the Christmas period customers who are hard of hearing can report an emergency repair only by texting our Emergency Repairs Service on 07929 080056. You will receive a text back to acknowledge receipt of your request.
