We are carrying out a review of our Tenancy Agreement to make sure that this important document meets the needs of our customers and communities.

Our Tenancy Agreement is a contract that sets out the responsibilities that each tenant has, and City of Doncaster Council’s responsibilities to you as your landlord.

In March 2024, we shared the initial proposed changes with customers and invited feedback. That feedback has been carefully considered and incorporated into the current proposals. We then paused the consultation to include a few additional updates. All previously communicated changes remain the same, with some new additions now included.

Consulting with customers to get their views and opinions on the agreement is a critical part of the review process.
