We launched our Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) app in July 2025, providing customers with a simpler way to report ASB and tenancy breaches.

The app has already been widely used, with over 1,000 pieces of evidence and information submitted, supporting quicker and more effective responses. It also helps us to better understand and respond to reported issues.

The ASB app allows you to submit written reports, voice notes, photographs, and videos directly to us by smartphone. This means you can record issues as they happen, or at a time that suits you, using an app that is simple and easy to use.

The app also includes a dictation feature, allowing you to speak instead of type. The app will automatically convert your voice into a written report, making it especially helpful if you find typing difficult.

There is a secure messaging function within the app, which allows you to communicate directly with the officer handling your case.

If you report an ASB issue to us, you will be offered the option to use the ASB app to provide evidence of the ongoing problem. If you choose to use it, your officer will send you an email with a secure link to download and access the app.

The ASB app is invite-only and secure, meaning that only you and your officer can view the information shared through it.

All our existing methods of reporting ASB remain available. However, the ASB app represents a positive step forward in our digital services, giving customers a flexible and secure way to record and report issues that affect them.

If you’re currently reporting an ongoing issue and would like to use the ASB app, or if you’d like more information, please speak to the officer managing your case.
