We’re developing a new Repairs Visiting Charter, and we want your voice to shape it.
You know the repairs service best, so we’re asking Council tenants to complete this short survey and tell us what both our repairs staff and our customers should do to help make every repair visit safe, respectful, and as smooth as possible — from the moment you hear a knock on the door to the moment we say “goodbye”.
Your feedback will help us create a Charter that clearly sets out the key “dos” for both staff and customers, ensuring every visit feels professional, safe, and respectful.
Once we’ve collected your views, we’ll share a draft version of the Charter with the One Voice Forum, our tenant representative group, so they can help shape the final document.
