We’re creating a new Repairs Visiting Charter, and we want it to be shaped by the people who know the service best — you.
This survey asks you to tell us what our repairs trade staff, and customers, should do to help make a visit to carry out a repair safe, respectful and go as smoothly as possible, from the minute you hear the knock on the door, to the minute we say "Goodbye".
Everything you share will help to build a Charter that sets out the essential "to do's" for both our staff and our customers, so every visit feels respectful, safe and professional.
Following your feedback, a draft Charter will be produced and shared with members of the One Voice Forum, our tenant representative group, for their input into the final document.
