Why are we doing this?
Awaab’s Law, introduced in October 2025, sets strict obligations for social landlords to address hazards such as damp, mould, and other emergency issues within fixed timeframes. To meet these standards and keep your home safe and healthy, we must maintain accurate records of all repairs.
What does this mean for you?

• This helps confirm the correct work is completed, monitor quality, and comply with legal requirements.
