Our Emergency Repairs Service is available for tenants throughout this period, 24 hours a day, by calling 01302 862862. This service is for genuine emergencies only.
Tenants who are hard of hearing and wish to report an emergency repair can do this by texting 07929 080056.
Our emergency homelessness service will remain open and can be contacted on 01302 737199.
To report issues of anti-social behaviour customers please contact South Yorkshire Police on 101 or 999 for emergency issues where there is a risk to life.
