This year, our current Customer Access Strategy comes to an end so we want to get your thoughts on what our next strategy looks like.

The new strategy will set out our plans to continue to improve how you access our services.

So, we are asking you to give us your thoughts at this initial stage to help us being to shape our new strategy, which will be agreed by our Board this year.

The survey linked below is just a couple of quick questions to get your thoughts.

This stage of the consultation will last for around three weeks and end on Friday 15 March.
