We are delighted to confirm the appointment of Chris Margrave as our new Chief Executive.
Our current Director of Property Services will begin his new role in May – taking over from Dave Richmond who will be retiring.
Chris, who has been Director of Property Services since January 2021, will take the reigns at on 6 May.
With over 30 years experience in property services, he will bring a wealth of knowledge to the role with over 30 years expertise. Chris's previous positions include Director of Investment and Director of Assets at Wakefield and District Housing.
On being appointed to the role, Margrave said: “I am delighted to be given the opportunity to become Chief Executive of this fantastic organisation.
“I am really looking forward to building on the great work done by Dave and our colleagues to deliver the best services we can for our tenants.”
