We are updating our IT systems this week so that we can provide a better service for you. This means that from 5pm on Wednesday 13th October until 8am on Friday 15th October we can only deal with requests or enquiries for emergency repairs. Please do not contact us for non-urgent repairs or non-urgent enquiries during this time as we will not be able to access our systems.
This update includes our online repairs reporting too.
We will also be working hard on Monday 18th October to ensure that all repairs that were in our old IT system are moved to our new system. You can ring us about any repair on this day but we won’t be able to tell you when your appointment is unless you are reporting an emergency. If you repair is not an emergency we will have to ring your back with your appointment.
Normal service will resume on 19th October.
