St Leger Homes has now made it even easier for customers to get in touch with the introduction of a new single contact number.
The new 01302 862 862 number gives tenants a single point of contact for all new enquiries. Whether it is reporting repairs, enquiring about gas and solid fuel servicing, paying rent or raising housing or estate issues, this number will get tenants through to the right service straight away.
Susan Jordan, Chief Executive of St. Leger Homes, said: “This new number gives our customers one simple, easy way to access all of the services that we provide and will make it even quicker for them to contact the person they need to speak to. Remember, one call does it all!”
Early feedback on the new system throughout the test period has been very positive. Tenants who have been helping St Leger Homes spread the word welcome the new number.

The new number is available 24 hours , 7 days a week to report repairs and replaces the numbers for Area Housing Offices.
