St Leger Homes of Doncaster have published their Social Audit revealing the difference that they are making in local communities.
This is the second time that the award-winning local housing provider has produced such a report, and it helps to show that what they are doing has a real positive impact.
Social auditing is an annual self-evaluation that gives a picture of the business in terms of the environmental, economic, and social aspects of the works that are undertaken. The Social Audit undergoes a rigorous examination of all the evidence submitted and is validated by a panel of independent people, chaired by an accredited social auditor.
Susan Jordan, Chief Executive, St Leger Homes of Doncaster said:
“Our work at St Leger Homes is about more than just providing quality housing for our tenants and their families. We want to ensure that we make a real difference to individuals and local communities on a daily basis. We know that the Social Audit is a good way for us to assess the positive effect we are having in and around Doncaster – and it’s great to be able to share some of the fantastic improvements we have been able to deliver.
“As well as the full version of the Social Audit, we have also put together a much shorter summary version to ensure people have this information in an easy to read and accessible way. We’re always interested to hear feedback on how we can do things better, so if people do have suggestions about ways we can improve our services, we’d urge them to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01302 862862.”
