We are launching our annual Survey of Tenants and Residents (STAR survey) this month, listening to the views and experiences of residents living in Doncaster to ensure our services continue to meet the needs of people living locally.
St Leger Homes puts customers at the heart of everything it does. The STAR survey collects feedback and vital information on how well the company is doing and how it can improve.
Over the next month, independent researchers from a local social enterprise called Viewpoint will contact a random selection of 1,000 tenants to find out the answers to a short list of questions.
In last year’s survey, 91 per cent of customers said they were satisfied with the overall service provided by St Leger Homes, meaning it is one of the highest performing organisations compared with other housing providers in the sector.
