Whilst we may send you a letter or text message from time to time, sometimes it’s great to start a conversation.
That’s why we’re using the latest technology to help us reach you. If we need to speak to you, we may send you a recorded message on your phone to let you know we’re trying to get in touch.
By simply pressing 1 on your keypad during this recorded message, you will be transferred through to speak to us free of charge.
The number we’ll use for these conversations will always be a local number and the message will tell you it’s from St Leger Homes. If you miss the call, we’ll follow up with a text message giving you our contact number.
If you have any concerns whether the call is genuine, please hang up and call us back on 01302 862 862 – you will be charged if you call us yourself, but we can always ring you straight back so you don’t run up any unnecessary costs, if this is a problem for you.
When your call is transferred, you will always deal with a ‘real person’ and we will never ask you for bank or card details unless we are processing a payment to your rent account. We will also never ask you to send us personal or financial information via text message.
