1,000 tenants gave their views in our Annual Satisfaction Survey. The survey was carried out through telephone interviews by an independent organisation. Below are the results of the survey:

During 2013/14 we responded to over 235,000
calls and visits about repairs, choice based lettings, and tenancy and estate issues.
We received a total of 1,021 complaints during the year, each of which were fully investigated. The grey boxes below show the main things people complained about. The blue box shows customers who said 'thank you for great service'.
