We are very proud of our high quality trades apprenticeship programme. We train our apprentices to National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 3; they learn through on-the-job training and college courses.

Our awards and achievements
We are committed to providing a high quality service in everything we do. We have received a range of awards and accreditations which show how our work has been judged by other organisations.
These include the British Safety Council Sword of Honour. We are one of just a handful of organisations across the world to achieve this award for excellence in Health and Safety management.
We won the Northern Housing Consortium's 2013 Silver Screen Award for our work with partners in the community.
