- Arrange to talk to you in confidence by telephone or face to face in order to understand your problem more clearly
- Apply a Risk Rating to each case which will determine the urgency of the case
- In serious cases contact you within 24 hours.
- Always contact you within ten working days and usually less
If you have any questions or concerns about anti-social behaviour, please contact your local St. Leger office and ask to speak to your Estates Officer.
If your case is already being investigated you can download the forms below to record incidents of anti-social behaviour. Once complete the forms should be forwarded to your local St. Leger office for the attention of the Estates Officer dealing with your case.
