What will we do

asbo_00resized image.jpg

We take the problem of anti-social behaviour and neighbour nuisance very seriously and we will do all in our power to stamp out behaviour that is serious and persistent.

We will:

  • Arrange to talk to you in confidence by telephone or face to face in order to understand your problem more clearly
  • Apply a Risk Rating to each case which will determine the urgency of the case
  • In serious cases contact you within 24 hours.
  • Always contact you within ten working days and usually less
  • Discuss the situation with you and explain what action we can take

  • Provide you with an anti-social behaviour diary, including advice and monitoring forms, where you can record further incidents

  • Work with our partners, such as the police, Social Services and Doncaster Council

  • In serious cases consider legal action against those involved

  • Protect witnesses by all means available to us

  • Write to you to ensure that you are happy with the way your complaint has been dealt with and give you advice on what to do if the problem re-occurs

If you have any questions or concerns about anti-social behaviour, please contact your local St. Leger office and ask to speak to your Estates Officer.

If your case is already being investigated you can download the forms below to record incidents of anti-social behaviour.  Once complete the forms should be forwarded to your local St. Leger office for the attention of the Estates Officer dealing with your case.
