Everyone at St Leger Homes is committed to customer involvement. To support this, the Customer Involvement Team specialise in and support ways to help our customers get involved.
- Promote and develop a range of different ways and methods of involving our customers, listening and feeding back on improvements we have made.
- Support existing Tenants and Residents Associations (TARAs), Tenants Clubs (TC) and help establish new associations across the Borough.
- Run the reality checking and mystery shopping activities undertaken by tenant representatives. For more information on how to Get Involved with local Tenants and Residents Association or Tenants Clubs, please contact us.
- Develop and deliver the tenant training program
- Administer the incentive scheme giving tenants rewards when they get involved. Please keep an eye out for our new Tenant Portal which will be coming soon.
