Meet The Exec Team
Our Executive Management Team consists of a Chief Executive and three Directors who specialise in managing different parts of the organisation. Each Director has a specialist knowledge of housing and their experience and commitment help us to provide excellent services for all our customers.
Dave Richmond has spent over 30 years working in local government, the last ten of which were in charge of Rotherham and then Hull’s housing departments, turning both into highly performing well regarded services.
During Dave's time in Hull the housing service was named Strategic Housing Authority of the Year by the Chartered Institute of Housing and it was also the first organisation in the country to be named as a Tpas Exemplar in recognition of the authority's commitment to listening and acting upon tenants’ views.
