Equality Strategy 2017 - 2021
This new strategy sets out how St Leger Homes will deliver its commitment to fairness and equality. This includes ensuring continued compliance with the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty.
The strategy establishes a new set of key equality objectives for the period 2017- 2021, which will actively support the organisation’s commitment to the following priorities:
- ensuring compliance with the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty
- delivering an excellent service to customers, tenants and residents
- providing employees with a positive working environment in which they feel valued and empowered to achieve their full potential
