As an organisation, we always want to ensure we deliver tailored services that are as individual as you are. Some tenants may have different needs. This might be because of disabilities or vulnerabilities they live with; it might be based on the hours they work; or because of their background and beliefs. Whatever the reason, we want to make sure we get to know what you need as a person, rather than treat you as a number. With this in mind, over the course of 2017 we will be asking all tenants to complete a short questionnaire about who they are and what their needs are.
Whilst you might have already given us these details when you first moved into your home, we want to make sure your details are as up to date as possible. All the questions that we are asking relate to your needs and preferences. For example do you need us to knock loudly when we visit you as you are hard of hearing? Would you prefer us to communicate with you by email rather than by letter?
We value your input and will treat your responses confidentially. All your answers will be saved securely and won’t be used for any other purpose than to help and deliver a better service to you.
