TOP TIPS
- Always have a well stocked first aid kit to hand and check
regularly to ensure the contents are not out of date
- Ensure any spills are mopped up immediately, particularly with
vinyl or tile flooring
- Plan storage areas carefully so that heavy items are not kept
on high shelves and items in daily use are within easy reach
- Take extra care when transferring hot liquids from one vessel
to another
- Keep knives in good condition and out of children’s
reach. Blunt knives are also dangerous
