Gas appliances that are not working correctly can produce poisonous fumes, and around 50 deaths a year can be directly attributed to faulty gas appliances. 

St Leger Homes is legally obliged to check your gas appliances each year.  We will contact you when your annual gas service is due and you must let us into your home to carry this out.  The check only takes around 40 minutes.  A limited number of out of hour’s appointments are available.

Gas Servicing

Remember, your appliances must be serviced each year and have a certificate confirming this.  If you are unsure whether the appliance has been serviced, or you do not have a certificate, contact our Gas Section straight away.

Please Note

When we carry out our annual safety check, if any of your own appliances are found to be unsafe or faulty, we will have to disconnect them.
