• Finding a suitable tenant for your property

• Checking the references of anyone who applies to be your tenant

• Attending viewings at your property with potential tenants

• Completing all tenancy paperwork with your tenant

• Assisting with the completion and submission of Council Tax forms

• Assisting with the completion and submission of Housing Benefit forms

• Providing your tenant with a Welcome Pack

• Tenancy deposit protection scheme

• 24-hour emergency standby repair service

• Rent management

• Recording meter readings

• Annual Property Inspections

• Inspecting your property just prior to the tenancy ending

• Picking up the keys from the property and carrying out a final inspection

• Managing the property whilst it is empty

• Finding a new tenant for you when the property is empty

• Annual gas safety check carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer

• Management of the tenancy

Total cost from £8.95 + VAT a week for each property.

Plus a one off payment of £130.00 +VAT

The one-off payment must be made once you have signed the property management agreement form.
