Repairs, Maintenance & Upgrades Within Your Home

St. Leger Homes are happy to provide you with a quotation for the day to day repair and maintenance, deemed to be your responsibility inside your home, or replacement of any element within your home such as kitchen, bathroom, central heating and electrical works – all at competitive prices!

Repairs and Maintenance

Responsibility for repairs and maintenance is set out in the lease document, together with the fee payable by the leaseholder for the services carried out by St Leger Homes of Doncaster on behalf of Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council.

Our responsibility:

  • All communal areas, such as staircases to flats and gardens and paths
  • Structural repairs including the foundations, external walls, roof, window frames, external doors and frames and service pipes.

Leaseholder responsibility:

  • Floor services including floorboards
  • Internal plaster to walls and ceilings
  • Glass to windows
  • Internal non-structural walls
  • Plumbing and wiring inside the home
