The biggest ever improvement programme for council homes in Doncaster is being carried out by St Leger Homes of Doncaster.  The work is intended to meet the Doncaster Decency Standard by 2015.

Last year we spent over £54 million refurbishing 6,500 properties all across the borough. During this time we completed full Decent Homes work, also known as "One-Hit " work, to 3,458 homes.

We also fitted new windows and doors into 2,359 homes, and improved or replaced the roofs, chimneys, guttering and external walls to 640 homes.

St. Leger Homes is now looking forward to improving the homes and lives of our tenants during 2009-10 with a further investment of £43 million.
