Stanley House is home to the Business Planning Team and Capital Investment Team. The team currently has 50 members of staff working together to plan and deliver the decent homes programmes to ensure that all council homes meet the decent homes standard by 2010 and the Doncaster decent homes standard by 2015.

The Capital Investment team are responsible for carrying out consultation and information/launch events, delivering the decent homes programme in conjunction with contract partners.  Other areas of work include a Heating Conversion programme, for eligible tenants, Loft and Cavity Wall Insulation programme and other planned maintenance programmes.

The Business Planning section includes the Strategy Development team, which is responsible for the sustainability of Doncaster Council's housing estates to ensure their long term viability through regeneration. Within this is the Procurement team, which is used by St.Leger Homes to acquire supplies, services and works ensuring value for money.

The Stock and Planning team, which surveys St. Leger Homes' houses to identify the works needed to bring the houses up to the Decency Standard and also plans the delivery of the Decent Homes Programme and other planned maintenance programmes
