Sandbeck Office is located on the ground floor of Sandbeck House, St James Street, Doncaster.  Its offers offer a full range of housing related services including  Estate and Rent appointments in a private interview room. Lettings for this area are carried out from our Council House office.  Repairs can be reported using the red courtesy phone in reception which also allows customers to contact any other department with St Leger Homes and Doncaster Council free. 

The general reception area is open to the public from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday except on Wednesdays when the office closes at 4.00pm for staff training.  Our friendly receptionist is always on hand to offer advice and assistance and there is also a wealth of printed information provided in the reception area.

A concierge is on duty in the block 24 hours a day and is also responsible for monitoring the Balby Bridge CCTV system and answering general enquiries.

The nearest Cash Office for payments is based at The Colonnades, Duke Street, Doncaster which takes payments for rent, council tax, water rates and sundry debtors. The Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit  Is also based within Colonnades and customers can talk to an advisor on site by appointment.
