Keep paths clear and make sure that garages, sheds and greenhouses are in good repair so they are not a danger to others

Always report defects which could injure someone, for example missing grate covers, uneven or damaged flags, steps or paths.  Contact your local St Leger office.

Repairing cars or vehicles on any part of your property can present dangers to both you and your neighbours and is against your tenancy conditions.  

Ponds should be securely fenced off, even if you don’t have children yourself.
