Never leave children alone on balconies or landings

Make sure there is nothing children can climb on such as plant pots, chairs or tables

Make sure your escape route to balconies or landings are always kept clear. 

Keep the balcony door locked with the key close by, but out of reach of children

Keep balconies clear from items that could fall on to the people below
