Translation & Interpretation
The new Translation and Interpretation Service at St Leger
Homes is now "Live". St Leger Homes tenants can now access a
fundamental Telephone Translation Service which is offered on all
Reception areas. This is also available to St Leger Homes
staff with frontline duties.
The BigWord provide EIGHT dedicated
language lines for the most commonly used languages in Doncaster
but translation is available for many other languages and not just
those listed below. These will connect our Customers directly
to the relevant interpreter, who can then make a Conference Call,
connect to the St Leger Homes service required and hold a three way
conversation.
The Telephone Interpretation Service is ONLY to
be used to access St Leger Homes services. please use the numbers
