A successful event was held on 27th March 2008, which
encouraged our younger tenants to become more involved in the
Doncaster Young Tenants Action Group (DYTAG). The event was a
family-fun day and tenants were invited to meet current members of
DYTAG, reps from Repairs, Doncaster HomeChoice & Decency, as
well as the chance to become involved in a number of interactive
workshops. Young tenants were involved in a family art
session, a Q&A session combined with the creation of an audio
CD and a website design taster session.
Young tenants were also treated to a free
buffet lunch, entry into a free raffle, a free goodie bag of
cooking essentials and the opportunity to have a manicure!
Four members of the original DYTAG group were
presented with a bouquet of flowers from Martin Musgrave, in order
to thank them for their continued involvement and hard-work with
the group:
