We are aiming to spend over £300 million
on raising the standard of our homes and improving the quality of
life for our customers. We share the desire of our customers
that the work should be undertaken as soon as possible but it is a
huge undertaking that will necessarily have to be carried out over
a number of years.
We have spent much time planning and prioritising the
improvements and have drawn up a programme giving details of
packages of works to be carried out in our areas.
The prioritisation of investment was decided using an Investment
Matrix. This model uses a scoring system which applies points
according to how each neighbourhood compares with agreed key
values.

Please note that your home will only have work carried out if it
fails the criteria set out in the Decent Homes Standard. Specific
improvements to individual homes will only be confirmed after a
survey has taken place.
