Standard has been organised into packages that offer us the most
effective and efficient way of providing quality improvements and
best value for our customers.
There is a need to minimise disruption to customers while at the
same time ensuring we get maximum value for money. In this way we
can include as many tenants as possible in the early years with the
money we have available.
Through consultation with tenants, it has been agreed that
separate packages for internal works, windows and doors, external
elements, and environmental improvements offer the best overall
value.
The works below are subject to your property being
surveyed.
One-hit package

Internal works package
Improvement/replacement to one or more of the
following:
- Kitchen
- Bathroom
- Central heating
- Electrical works
- Damp proofing
- Insulation
Windows and doors package
- Window upgrade/replacement
- Door replacement
External works package
Improvement/replacement to one or more of the following,
- Roof
- Chimney
- External walls
- Guttering
Environmental/Estate Works
May include one or more of the following:
- Exterior Painting
- Fencing
- Parking
- Security
