A statement detailing all transactions and payments made to each rent account is sent, by post, to every tenant, once every three months. 

 

 

We apologise for the continuing delay in re-introducing the facility for viewing online transactions for your particular rent account that was withdrawn in April 2012.

We are pressing the supplier of our main IT System to complete the work as quickly as possible so this facility can be re-introduced. We now expect this facility will be re-introduced in April 2013.
