each rent account is sent, by post, to every tenant, once every
three months.
The facility to view online transactions for your particular
rent account has temporarily been withdrawn.
A new service is currently being introduced that will include a
wider range of online facilities. These new facilities will be
introduced in stages throughout 2012/2013.
