Switchover is coming your way!

We will be starting the Digital TV switchover programme where tenants living in communal buildings will see their television services going digital.

The Yorkshire region is scheduled for switchover in 2011, however we are planning for it now.

The programme involves the switch-off of the 1930's analogue network, to be replaced with the new digital system.

Currently, digital and analogue signals are broadcast together but as long as the analogue signal is maintained, the digital signal cannot be broadcast in full and at full power across the UK.

To continue receiving television services after the switchover we are targeting all communal aerials, replacing the old aerials with the digital version in order to receive the new signal.

We have appointed DAS Aerial Communications Ltd to ensure our tenants living in communal areas can access digital television services.
