As a tenant of St. Leger Homes, we expect you to pay your rent and other charges every week. Failure to do so, could result in a County Court Judgement, Court Costs in excess of £100 and eviction from your home.

It sets out clearly what to do if you start having problems paying your rent and also gives you some useful information on where to receive free independent advice, together with contact details of other organisations who may be able to help.
