How is my Rent Calculated?
The rent on your home is calculated using a rent formula
approved by the Government and used all over the country.
The formula uses information such as the value of your property,
average national rents and weekly earnings. The number of bedrooms
is also taken into consideration.
The Government has set maximum weekly rent levels for all
properties based on the number of bedrooms.
