We encourage all our customers to care for their homes and we understand that you will often wish to carry out improvements of your own.

When you propose to carry out any improvements to your home, for example replacing a bathroom suite,  installing a new fireplace or kitchen, permission is required before work can commence.

We are happy to talk to you about your plans and will not unreasonably refuse permission but you must not commence work until permission in writing has been granted. We will let you know as soon as possible and always within 28 days.
