Dealing with your complaint
We take complaints seriously and will always
aim to resolve any issues with you.
We will:
- Acknowledge your complaint within five working days.
- Reply to your complaint as soon as possible but within 20
working days.
Depending upon the nature of the
issues raised and the outcome of our investigation, we
will:
- Agree a remedy with you
- Apologise
- Provide an assurance that it won’t happen again
- Provide you with a fair and honest response
- Even though we may disagree, try to reach a conclusion with
you
