Dealing with your complaint

We take complaints seriously and will always aim to resolve any issues with you.

We will:

  • Acknowledge your complaint within five working days.
  • Reply to your complaint as soon as possible but within 20 working days.

Depending upon the nature of the issues raised and the outcome of our investigation, we will:

  • Agree a remedy with you
  • Apologise
  • Provide an assurance that it won’t happen again
  • Provide you with a fair and honest response
  • Even though we may disagree, try to reach a conclusion with you
