We take the problem of anti-social behaviour and neighbour
nuisance very seriously and we w
ill do all in our
power to stamp out behaviour that is serious and persistent.
We will:
- Arrange to talk to you in confidence by telephone or face to
face in order to understand your problem more clearly
- Apply a Risk
Rating to each case which will determine the
urgency of the case
- In serious cases contact you within 24 hours
- Always contact you within ten working days and usually
less
- Discuss the situation with you and explain what action we can
take
- Attempt to resolve any disputes between neighbours through
mediation where appropriate. We now offer a free of charge
Mediation
Service for all tenants
- Provide you with an anti-social behaviour diary, including
advice and monitoring forms, where you can record further
incidents
- Work with our
partners, such as the police, Social Services and
Doncaster Council
- In serious cases consider legal action against those
involved
- Protect witnesses by all means available to
us
- Write to you to ensure that you are happy with the way your
complaint has been dealt with and give you advice on what to do if
the problem re-occurs

Leger office and ask to speak to your Estates Officer.
If your case is already being investigated you can download the
forms below to record incidents of anti-social
behaviour. Once complete the forms should be forwarded
to your local St. Leger office for the attention of the
Estates Officer dealing with your case.
