St Leger Homes now offers an independent Mediation Service through Remedi Mediation which allows tenants who are having problems with their neighbours access to trained mediators who can help find a lasting solution acceptable to all involved.

Mediation can be:-

Indirect - this is when a mediator acts as a go between passing information between both parties.

Direct - this is when both parties decide to meet, following careful preparation.  This would happen in a safe place in the presence of the trained mediators. 

Mediators are approachable, experienced, impartial and safety conscious,  they have worked on many cases like yours and will never judge or take sides and will ensure that you feel safe and supported during the mediation process.
