Tenant Management
The Right to Manage applies to council tenancies and leaseholder
properties. This includes tenancies managed on behalf of
Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council by St. Leger Homes of
Doncaster.
What is Tenant Management ?
Tenant management is a form of participation in which the
tenants and lessees in an area can take on the responsibility for
day-to-day management and repairs. The council still owns the
property and tenants keep their secure tenancies or existing
leases.
