AIM:   To look at the performance of all areas of the business and scrutinise it by carrying out investigations to see how it can be improved.

WHO: Tenant Driven and Tenant Led - working in partnership with Doncaster  Federation of Tenants’ & Residents’ Associations. Membership of the Scrutiny Panel will be voluntary but out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed.

TRAINING: All panel members will receive relevant training to ensure the Panel works efficiently and effectively to improve the service tenants receive from St. Leger Homes of Doncaster.

The Scrutiny Panel have just completed their first ever report which looked at complaints in and around the Choice Based Lettings system.  This is due to be presented to both the Doncaster Federation of Tenants and Residents and the Board very soon.  After which we will publish it here for you to read
