St. Leger Homes undertakes a wide
variety of purchasing activities from ad-hoc materials and
services, through to formal tender exercises.
As a Public Sector Organisation, St.
Leger Homes is subject to the Public Contracts Regulations as well
as a series of EU directives and regulations. Many of our purchases
are made against contracts, all of which have been placed in
compliance with the European Union Procurement
Directives.
