East and West Area Boards

St Leger Homes also has East and West Area boards which consist of 15 members on each.   Each board is made up of 6 Councillors, 3 independent members and 6 tenant representatives.  Each of the Boards has delegated responsibility for their own areas and has to report to the main Board of Directors on a regular basis.  These area boards help to ensure that local level information is fed into the decision making process.

Sub-Committees

Within the structure there is 1 sub-committee which is the Audit Committee, its membership is exclusive to the Board of Directors.
